In Q3 2022, the top 5 cryptocurrency apps in Hungary demonstrated diverse performance trends in terms of downloads and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

Crypto.com - Buy Bitcoin, ETH saw a steady rise in weekly downloads, starting at 1.2K in late June and peaking at 2K by the end of September. Active users fluctuated slightly, starting at around 15.9K and ending the quarter at approximately 13.5K.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto experienced a significant increase in weekly downloads mid-quarter, reaching nearly 2K at the start of September. However, active users saw a gradual decline, from around 29.4K in late June to 25.8K by the end of September.

Sweat Wallet, a newer entry, showed remarkable growth in downloads and active users. Downloads surged from 18 in mid-August to 3K by early September. Active users followed a similar trend, increasing from 10 to 6.8K over the same period.

Socios.com - Wallet & Tokens also saw a significant rise in downloads, particularly in September, where weekly downloads jumped from 22 in late August to over 2K by mid-September. Active users increased from 2.9K in late June to 5.4K by the end of September.

MetaMask - Blockchain Wallet showed a moderate increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 870 in late August. Active users saw a steady rise, starting at 6.3K in late June and reaching nearly 7.9K by the end of September.
